VFC 2025 Agrochemical Division Review: Ready for the 2026 Period

(VFC) – On December 29, 2025, at Con Khuong, Can Tho City, Vietnam Fumigation Joint Stock Company (VFC) held the 2025 Agrochemical Division Review Conference and announced the 2026 organizational and operational plan, with the attendance of the Board of Directors, the Board of Management, and the management team from across the entire system. 

2025 concluded with numerous market and business environment challenges; however, VFC's Agrochemical Division maintained stable operations, consolidated its distribution system, and built trust with farmers.

Direction from the Board of Directors

Mr. Truong Cong Cu - Chairman of the Board of Directors, delivering his keynote address at the conference, emphasized: 2026 marks a crucial transition in MANAGEMENT MINDSET, requiring VFC to focus on improving system quality, personnel capacity, and the value delivered to farmers. Today's organizational restructuring serves as the foundation for the 2026–2030 sustainable development strategy.

Commitment from the Board of Management

On behalf of the Board of Management, Mr. Tran Van Dung - General Director, acknowledged the directives and affirmed that the Board would concretize all orientations from the Board of Directors into action programs for each division and department. The focus will remain on solving farmers' problems, with distributors (Agents) accompanying the Company.

New Operational Model

During the conference, VFC officially announced the personnel assignments for managing departments, boards, and business divisions, operating under a new model based on the principle: Clear Roles - Clear Tasks - Clear Responsibilities - Clear Results.

The conference concluded with a collective determination across the entire system: VFC remains steadfast on the path of sustainable agriculture - accompanying distributors (Agents) and farmers, ready for a breakthrough in the 2026 - 2030 period.
