Launch event for Michelle 62EC in A new look, Matching its quality

On 15 October 2020, the launch event for Michelle 62 EC “New Look – Matching Its Quality” was held in My Dong commune, Thap Muoi district, Dong Thap province.

The event was attended by representatives of the My Dong Commune People’s Committee, the Faculty of Agriculture of Can Tho University, the Dong Thap Sub-Department of Crop Production and Plant Protection, VFC’s partners and management, and especially more than 600 farmers – VFC’s close companions from provinces across the Mekong Delta.

The event took place in a lively atmosphere, featuring field visits to demonstration plots on rice pest management and effective solutions for controlling weeds and weedy rice, along with vibrant cultural and musical performances. It was also a reflective moment to look back on the “10-year journey – Michelle dedicated to the fields”.

The event unfolded in a cheerful spirit with farm tours showcasing rice pest management protocols and effective control solutions for weeds and weedy rice, together with a variety of music and dance performances. At the same time, it provided a meaningful pause to revisit the “10-year journey – Michelle serving the rice fields”.

VFC’s General Director, Mr. Truong Cong Cu, emphasized that the launch of Michelle 62 EC in its new look is a way to express gratitude for farmers’ trust and support over the past 10 years, and to reaffirm the company’s mission to deliver the best plant protection solutions in service of the rice fields.

Within the framework of the event, a technical panel discussion with plant protection experts was held to engage with farmers, share seasonal production information and answer their questions in preparation for the upcoming winter–spring crop.

The launch event “Michelle – New Look, Matching Its Quality” concluded successfully. VFC will continue, together with valued customers and farmers, to write the next proud chapters of Michelle 62 EC. Serving farmers and serving the fields is the mission of VFC and Michelle 62 EC, so that every harvest is abundant and farmers’ smiles remain truly fulfilled.
